About our retreats

The Purpose of the Retreats
Our retreats exist to offer parents space. Space to pause, to breathe, and to be with what is present in their lives, without needing to explain, justify, or fix anything.
Many parents arrive carrying experiences that have not yet had room to be felt. Loss, separation, grief, exhaustion, guilt, or the quiet weight of responsibility. Some are navigating complex family dynamics or healing their relationship with themselves and their children. Others simply sense a need to stop and listen inward.
These retreats are not designed to diagnose, direct, or push transformation. They are held as spaces of permission. Permission to arrive exactly as you are. Permission to be with your life as it is in this moment. What unfolds is guided by presence, care, and trust in each person’s own timing.

The Nature of the Experience
Parents are held in a retreat of their own, with space for personal work, reflection, and integration. The rhythm is gentle and spacious, allowing time for what may surface to be met without urgency.
Kids are in a retreat experience all their own, guided by facilitators who are deeply mindful, attentive, and nurturing. Their days are held with care through play, creativity, movement, music, and rest, offering them a sense of safety, continuity, and belonging.
These are parallel experiences. Parents and kids are not in the same space during inner work, allowing parents the privacy and vulnerability they may need. At the same time, children are nearby and well supported, and parents are welcome to reconnect at any point.
Shared time is woven naturally through meals, rest, sleep, and gentle moments of integration. This structure exists so parents can truly be present with what arises, knowing their kids are close, safe, and held with care.

Facilitators and Care
The retreats are held by a circle of friends who came together through lived experience and shared devotion to holding space with integrity.
Each facilitator has been chosen through direct relationship and trust, not through credentials alone. What connects this group is an attunement to presence, humility, and the subtle ways people need to be met when they are navigating tender or meaningful inner processes.
Care is offered quietly and attentively, with respect for boundaries, privacy, and individual pace. Participants are met without expectation, comparison, or pressure to share.
